The AOK Engineering Department has 35 engineers, including 15 senior engineers with at least 10 years of experience in the tooling field.
 Our product design and manufacturing methods meet international standards.
 We have invested in advanced engineering software to give our customers full access to the best technology available.
 Our tooling capabilities:
 Quick Molds- Prototypes that are used early in a project to test
both the market and the product. Up to 200 parts available.
Low Production Tooling – This is a unique manufacturing
approach for the initial launch of a product. From 5000-20,000
parts.
Full Production Tooling – All classes of tools available, with up to
1 million shots guaranteed for Class A tools. Full scale production
runs and product assembly also available.
